Bulk Order Discounts:

• We also offer a bulk discount, however the purchase qty is a minimum of 10, and all the transformers must be ordered and shipped all at one time. No exceptions. Unless otherwise noted, bulk orders may take up to a minimum of three weeks as they will be wound as a unit.  If I can answer any more question please do not hesistate to ask.

Shipping Information:

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. NO EXCEPTIONS. Flat rate costs are listed below. In most cases, single transformers are shipped in medium flat rates boxes. Full sets which may include a Choke, Output Transformer, and Power Transformer will usually ship in one medium flat rate box. Larger transformers such as the 1204-43 must be packed and shipped separately due to size and weight restrictions. Combination sets inlcuding transformers weighing over 10 lbs such as the 1203-80, 1204-43, 1202-132 will have to be shipped in multple boxes at your cost.  All orders will be shipped utilizing USPS FLAT RATE boxes. The USPS automatically covers Priority Mail packages against loss, damage or missing contents between $50-$100. Additional Insurance may be purchased by the customer. International Shipping Information:

• Canadian and International Packages are limited to 20lbs per box. I cannot exceed this limit. Please do not ask me to lie, the scale will not allow weight forgeries.
• International orders are sent USPS Priority International and as such cannot be guaranteed for delivery after leaving USPS custody.
• You are responsible for and warrant your compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, the import laws and government regulations of any country to, from, through or over which your shipment may be carried.
• We assume no liability or responsibility for our inability or failure to complete a delivery or a delay to any delivery due to acts or omissions of customs or other agencies.
• Marstran Transformers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any, or no, reason whatsoever.
• CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS FEES!
• MAIL FRAUD: The following are a few but not all examples of illegal actions resulting in mail fraud.
• Falsifying Values-ALL TRANSFORMERS WILL BE DECLARED AT FULL VALUE FOR INTERNTIONAL SHIPPING. Please do not ask me to alter or falsify values!
• Misleading Values-ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL. I WILL NOT ACCEPT SEPARATE PAYMENTS TO DEFRAUD CUSTOMS BY UTILIZING SINGLE PAYMENTS AS FULL VALUE. AS ABOVE ORDERS WILL HAVE FULL VALUES REPORTED!!!!!
• Altering Official Paperwork-ALL TRANSFORMER ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH THE CORRECT PAPERWORK. Please do not ask me to falsify documents, pack orders without invoices, or construct any misleading paperwork for customs.

USPS Insurance- What Priority Mail Covers

• Priority Mail pieces bearing an Inetlligent Mail package barcode (IMpb) are insured against loss damage, or missing contents, up to a maximum of $50.00 to$100.00 by the USPS depending upon the quilification of your purchase. See link for full instructions from USPS SECTION 4.2

  HOWEVER!

  If you would like to purchase additional insurance to cover your order you may do so, and must notify us before the invoice has been issued. Priority Mail insurance may be purchased up to a maximum coverage of $5,000.00.

  IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MARSTRAN TRANSFORMERS to file a claim against loss, damaged, or missing contents. This is the responsibility of the customer. See the link for instructions on how to file a flaim here: FILE A CLAIM 609

Payments:

• Marstran Transformers accepts Cashiers checks, Money orders and Paypal at info@marstran.com. Personal checks are accepted from US residents only and require a two week clearance period before items can be shipped. Cashiers checks, Money orders and personal checks need to be made payable to Brian Wallace. Email me for a mailing address.
• Payments are due in full before your order is processed.

Addresses(Paypal/Non Paypal):

• It is imperative that your PayPal shipping address is current and included in your PayPal profile.
• If not paying with Paypal it is imperative that you provide the mailing correct address through email correspondence.
• Any items shipped to an incorrect address are the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
• Marstran Transformers is not responsible for lost packages, due to incorrect Paypal/Non Paypal addresses.
• MARSTRAN TRANSFORMERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for product refunds if your package is lost due to you providing an incorrect address.
• Any "Special Instructions" must be included in the note section.
• It is the sole responsibility of the orderer to provide their CORRECT shipping address when using PayPal.
• If you do not have an address listed in your PayPal profile your package will be delayed up to but not limited to two weeks.
• Marstran accepts no responisbility or extra shipping fees for any undelivered package(s) if you the purchaser fails to maintain or change their address.
• When using Paypal please utilize the "notes" section and list the items you are ordering. This is helpful in processing your order..
• Marstran Transformers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any, or no, reason whatsoever.

• 30 day return policy.
• Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days.
• Customer must provide original PayPal transaction # and receipt for proof of purchase timeframe.
• The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are deducted from the refund amount.
• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay return shipping and to fully insure the unit(s) you are returning.
• If the product qualifies as returnable you are responsible for all shipping charges toward the exchange.  We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original packaging contents. 
• We do not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts, or has been installed.
• If you receive a damaged product, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact us immediately at info@marstran.com. We will handle each case indiviually and will work to resolve the issue at hand within reason.
• Transformers that have been tampered with, or with unauthorized attempted repairs will be rejected. 
• The use of any type of attenuation device on any Marstran Transformer including dummy load or power attenuators will damage the transformer.  These types of products will shorten the life of your power tubes at an accelerated rate.  In some cases using these devices will destroy your product.
• Discontinued, or closeout sale items are "as is" and will not be accepted for return.
• Special order items cannot be returned for any reason.
• If the purchaser and or the recipient of a shipped item refuses the item upon delivery or the item is shipped back to us undelivered due to the fault of the purchaser providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information or was not available to receive said package, the purchaser is responsible for all new shipping and handling fees to reship the item(s).
• Backordered items are subject to price changes and specification feature changes beyond our control. If the price or specs of the backordered item changes, you will be notified immediately. You will have the option to cancel the order or proceed with your purchase at the new price.
